Europaplatz

The Ensemble at Europaplatz introduces a finely tuned urban transformation in the center of Königsbrunn. A transparent, greened pavilion, an urban townhouse, and a quieter garden house together create a diverse mix of commercial uses, housing, and landscaped outdoor spaces.

The square is enhanced with new outdoor dining areas, greenery, and shade-giving trees. Ecological construction methods, timber façades, retention roofs, and photovoltaic systems strengthen the project’s sustainability. Communal courtyards, gardens, and a range of housing types contribute to a vibrant and socially mixed neighborhood.
