HAUPTSTADT-STUDIO.BERLIN

MISSION

Hauptstadt-Studio.Berlin focuses on delivering high-quality architecture with a social and ecological approach. We address the complexities of modern architectural design in every phase, striving to enhance the environment for all. An essential part of our practice is collaborating with various partners. Each task will be approached by a dedicated team. We are committed to transforming the way we build by changing our practice—rejecting the status quo.

BACKGROUND

Lukas Beer was born in Stuttgart, Germany, in 1988. He studied architecture and urban planning at the University of Stuttgart, graduating in 2014 with a diploma. As part of his diploma, he developed a fictional platform based on a website that brought together architects, house-building firms, and their future clients. During his studies, he completed internships in London at Foster+Partners and in Berlin at brandlhuber+. Before joining JWA for several years, he worked as a freelancer for various clients in the fields of architecture, stage design, and project development. Additionally, he was part of the cooperative practice ‚a team,‘ contributing to the Finnish Pavilion at the 2016 Architecture Biennale in Venice.
